Shipping policy
General Information
We do not ship to the UK. Instead, we recommend ordering from our English reseller:

Orders placed on business days before 14:00 (2:00 PM) are normally dispatched within two days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are usually dispatched within two working days, provided the item is in stock.
Within Sweden, our shipping options are normally delivered within 2–3 working days after the goods have left our warehouse. For international deliveries, shipping may take up to one week or longer depending on the destination. Once your order has left our warehouse, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier, which then delivers according to the selected shipping method’s timeframes.
Please note that delivery times may be extended if the item is not in stock at the time of ordering or after it has left our warehouse. If you choose a non-trackable shipping option, we unfortunately cannot track the parcel once it has left Sweden.
Special Delivery Conditions for Certain Areas
Postal services deliver to certain parts of northern Sweden and Gotland with a one-day delay. This applies to postal codes beginning with 82–84, 86–89, and 91–98. This additional day is not included in the estimated delivery time stated on our website.
Cancellation in Case of Delivery Delays
If your delivery is delayed, you as a customer always have the right to cancel your purchase. In some cases, it may be impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example if our supplier cannot deliver the goods to us. Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.
Shipping Methods in Sweden
We normally ship our parcels with PostNord Varubrev Class 1.
Delivery time: Normally 1–3 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Shipping cost: SEK 49 for economy shipping and SEK 59 for standard shipping. Orders over SEK 600 are delivered free of charge.
Delivery: Items are delivered to your mailbox. If the parcel is too large, it will be delivered to your nearest pickup point and you will receive notification via SMS. You may also choose postal notification for an additional SEK 10.
Track Your Parcel
Tracking ID for Shipments Within Sweden
Each parcel receives a tracking number (consignment ID) that can be used to track the shipment. You will receive the tracking number once the item has been packed and registered, sent to the email address used when placing the order. With this number, you can track the parcel from sorting by the carrier until collection.
Tracking ID for Shipments Outside Sweden
If you select a trackable shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed and registered. This allows you to follow the parcel all the way to your address.
If you choose a non-trackable option, we unfortunately cannot track the shipment once it has left Sweden. Regardless of shipping option, you will always receive an email notification once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Tracking ID for Letter Mail (Varubrev)
For letter mail shipments, you receive a shipment ID that allows you to see when the letter passes postal terminals and potentially reaches a pickup point. This tracking is not as detailed as for parcels.

Once the letter has been sorted at the terminal, a delivery notification is sent via SMS, email, or postal mail. If the letter fits in your mailbox, it will be delivered directly. If it is too large, it will be delivered to the nearest pickup point and you will receive a notification containing a four-digit reference number. With this reference number, you can collect your letter mail at the pickup point.
If you have not received the notification, you can collect the shipment using the shipment ID provided in your delivery confirmation.
At the Pickup Point
To collect your shipment, you must present valid identification and the reference number provided in the SMS or email notification. If you selected postal notification, bring the notification together with your ID.
If you have not received the notification, you can collect the parcel using the tracking number, reference number, and valid ID. These details are included in your delivery confirmation email.
Please note that valid identification is always required when collecting parcels. Only the person whose name appears on the parcel may collect it.
Shipments are held at the pickup point for 14 days before being returned to us. We reserve the right to charge handling costs for uncollected parcels (return shipping, administration fees, etc.). A fee of SEK 150 will therefore be charged for parcels not collected.
If you regret your purchase and wish to return the item, you must first collect the parcel and then return it according to the instructions on our website.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen delays.
Most products are in stock, which is clearly indicated on each product page. If it states that the product will be dispatched within 2–5 working days, it is available from our supplier’s warehouse and will be ordered and forwarded to you within the stated timeframe.
If the product is out of stock at both our warehouse and the supplier’s warehouse, delays may occur. In such cases, our customer service will contact you by email or phone. We are happy to suggest equivalent products if available.
