- About the Purchase Terms
1.1 These terms of purchase (the "Terms of Purchase") apply to all purchases you make from harpsoe.se (the "Website"). You accept the Purchase Terms in connection with making a purchase on the Website.
1.2 Agreement is concluded with Harpsöe Sweden AB, 556903-9141, Hästhagsgatan 1 53240 Skara Sweden. (“Seller”, “us” or “we”).

- Orders
In order to complete a purchase, you need to have the right to enter into an agreement according to the applicable law. This means that you normally need to be at least 16 years old to shop with direct payment for your own money or at least 18 years old to shop on credit.

- Confirmation of order
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. The order confirmation does not mean that a binding agreement has been entered into. A binding contract is only entered into when you receive the final delivery confirmation. Before you receive the final delivery confirmation, your order may be refused. We recommend that you save the delivery confirmation to facilitate any future communication with us.
- Prices and information
4.1 The prices that apply to your purchase are stated in connection with your order on the Website. All prices include applicable VAT. Prices do not include any payment and shipping charges, which are listed separately.
4.2 If the price of a product or the information about a product given on the Website is incorrect and you realized or should have realized this at the time of the order, the price or information will not apply to the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible after we have discovered the error.
4.3 All images on the Website that show the appearance of a product cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance of the product, for example due to the fact that the monitor may affect the color reproduction, even sample images may exist. Our products that are or contain parts of natural materials can also have natural variations and the appearance of the product can also vary between different production occasions.
- Payment
5.1 Together with our payment service provider Klarna Bank AB / Paypal, we offer various payment options and you can choose which payment option you want to use. The possible payment options that you can choose from are always shown on the Website and in connection with your order. Depending on which option you choose, additional costs may apply. You will find complete information about all payment options and possible additional costs at Klarna.se and paypal.com. Any costs for your payment option are shown even before you place your order.
5.2 In connection with making a purchase with us, you will enter into a separate payment agreement with our payment service provider.
- Gift cards
Our gift cards are valid for two years from issue and can be used as a payment method when shopping on the Website.
- Shipping and delivery
We offer several different delivery options. Which delivery options we offer are always shown on the Website and at checkout. You will find complete information about our delivery options on the supplier's website, eg postnord.se
7.1 Shipping costs
When you shop with us, a shipping fee is added as a starting point, unless otherwise stated on the Website. How big the shipping fee is depends on which shipping option you choose and is always stated in connection with your purchase.
7.2 Delivery time
The expected delivery time is indicated in connection with and before purchase and may differ depending on which delivery option you choose. The estimated delivery time stated on the Website is calculated from the final order confirmation and not from the time you placed the order. We always aim to deliver your order within the estimated number of working days for delivery set out on the Website and in your order confirmation. In addition to this, the carrier's transport time is added.
7.3 Unclaimed packages
You are responsible for receiving or picking up your delivery in accordance with what appears in the instructions you receive in connection with the order. Packages at post offices that are not picked up within the time stated on the avin will be sent back to our warehouse. In these cases, we have the right to charge an administrative cost of SEK 250 including VAT, which corresponds to our costs for handling and shipping in cases where you do not pick up your package at the post office.
- Right of withdrawal and open purchase
8.1 According to the Distance Shopping Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives the product you have purchased on the Website.
8.2 With us at Harpsöe Sweden AB, you get 90 days open purchase on stock items.
8.3 Exceptions for certain products
Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This applies to the following products:
- products that have been manufactured according to your instructions or that have otherwise been given a clear personal touch.
8.4 Depreciation of used products
When using your statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and function.
You have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund in these cases if you notify us within 14 days of the day you received the product. If you handle the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function, we are entitled to make a deduction in value. Such a deduction is made by comparing the value of the product upon return compared to the original value upon purchase. In order to receive a full refund in the event of a right of withdrawal, we therefore recommend that you return the product in its original condition.
If you wish to use the right of open purchase after the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days has expired, you can do so for up to 30 days after the delivery of the product, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition.
8.5 How to cancel your purchase and use your right to open purchase
If you want to return your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days for the right of cancellation or return within 30 days for open purchase from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives or collects your order. You can easily complete your return by filling out our return form and returning the product well packaged together with the attached return form to Harpsöe Sweden AB, Hästhagsgatan 1, 53237 Skara. After you have notified us that you want to return your purchase, you need to send the product back within 14 days. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging as you received it in, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping that is due to your negligence, for example in the event of inadequate packaging of the product.
8.6 Return shipping
You pay for the return shipping yourself when you return your purchase.
8.7 Refund
Once you have returned your purchase, we will, through our payment service provider, issue your refund within 14 days from the day you notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, we will not make the refund until we have received the product back or until you have shown that you sent it to us.
Our refund includes any shipping cost you paid in connection with the purchase. However, it only applies to the cost of standard shipping. Extra shipping costs as a result of you choosing a more expensive shipping option are not refunded.
Refunds will be made to you using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
- Complaint
If there is a fault with your product, you have the right to complain about faults that arise within three years from the delivery of the product (responsibility period). You always need to make a complaint within a reasonable time from when you should have noticed the error. Your right to complain expires no later than two months after the three-year liability period has passed.

Once the complained product has been received and we have established that the complaint is valid, we will reimburse you according to Swedish legislation.
If the complaint is not valid according to current law, we have the right to charge an administrative fee of SEK 250, a troubleshooting fee and working time based on the time required for action and the actual shipping cost.
- Guarantee
We will replace your defective item with a new one within three years of purchase, provided that it has not been exposed to abnormal use or external influences that may have caused the defect in the item.
- Our obligations
If there is a fault with your product or if the delivery is delayed, we are liable for any damages you suffer as a result of the fault or delay, in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation. However, you need to think about doing what you can to limit the consequences of an error or delay. We are only liable for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable steps to limit your damages. We are therefore not responsible for damages that you could have avoided by taking reasonable measures. We are not responsible for any damages you suffer due to delays or product failures caused by obstacles beyond our control and which we could not have reasonably anticipated or the consequences of which we could not have avoided or overcome.
- About these Purchase Terms
We have the right to change these Terms of Purchase, but the Terms of Purchase that you accepted at the time of your purchase always apply to that purchase. All changes will be reflected in the latest published version of the Purchase Terms on the Website. Changes come into effect from the moment you have accepted the Purchase Terms, i.e. in connection with making a new purchase on the Website.
These Purchase Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. If any provision of these Terms of Purchase should be held invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or alternative dispute resolution body, the remaining portions of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms of Purchase will remain valid and enforceable in full, in accordance with applicable law.
- Special conditions for companies
These Purchase Terms apply to customers who trade as private individuals. If you make a purchase on the Website as a representative of a company, you accept the Terms of Purchase on behalf of the company and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms of Purchase and to make purchases on behalf of the company.
For customers who shop on the Website as a company, we do not offer a right of withdrawal or a three-year right of complaint. We are also not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits. In addition, our liability under these Terms of Purchase, for any loss or damage, is limited to an amount equal to the total amount paid by the customer as a business to us for the product to which the loss or damage relates or arises.
