How do I make a return?

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and undamaged. You are always welcome to contact us even after 30 days, as we are in most cases accommodating.

To make a return, you send the item back to us along with a note stating that it is a return and your order number. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the return during transport. We do not send out a return label, but in the case of cancelled purchases, you as the customer are the one who pays and arranges the return shipping.
The return address can be found in your order confirmation email. You can also contact us via the Contact Us tab and we will help you.

(We are considering offering free return shipping in the future. However, this would involve a price adjustment to cover the cost.)

Changing model or size

When exchanging, you first send back the item you don't want to keep and then place a new order on the website.


How do I make a complaint?

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, you should make a complaint. Email our customer service, provide your order number and describe the error. Please send a picture of the item as this will make handling easier.


Can I return goods directly to you if they were purchased via the website?

Yes, that's fine. Please contact us in advance so we can ensure someone is on site. In some cases, we can even come to you.
