Delivery times and Logistics

General

All orders placed on weekdays before 18:00 will normally be shipped within two days. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are normally sent within two working days, provided we have the goods in stock.

Our shipping options normally take 2-3 weekdays for the product to arrive after it is sent from our warehouse. Once the product has left our warehouse, the handling is transferred to the freight companies that deliver your order within the allotted time for the chosen shipping method. We cannot provide a delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you can be longer than what is indicated as normal for the selected shipping method.

PostNord delivers to some parts of Norrland and to Gotland with a delay of one day, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we specify on the website. This concerns, for example, certain locations with zip codes starting with 82-84, 86-89 and 91-98.

Our customers always have the right to cancel the purchase on delivery delays. There may be occasions that make it impossible for us to fulfil the order, for example, if our supplier cannot fulfil its commitment to us. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service.

Shipping methods

We normally send our parcels with PostNords Product Letter 1st class

It normally takes 1 weekday to arrive after it has been shipped from our warehouse. Shipping cost SEK 29 free shipping over SEK 500. Your goods are delivered by regular mail. Packages that are considered too large for the mailbox are left at your nearest pickup point and you will receive a notification. This is usually sent as SMS but you can instead choose to receive a letter for an extra fee of 10 SEK.

Track your Package

Tracking ID

A package always receives a tracking ID that can be used to track the packet. Package ID is available on request to info@harpsoesweden.se or +46 (0) 721 77 83 27. With the tracking ID, you can track your parcel from when it’s being sorted by the shipping company until you pick up your parcel.

Consignment ID for “varubrev”

With the consignment ID for the package type “Varubrev”, you can see when the package passes through the postal terminals and eventually ends up at the pickup point. However, this tracking is not as detailed as for packages. Shipping ID for item letter is available on request to info@harpsoesweden.se or 0721-778327. When a package is sorted at the postal terminal, a delivery notification is sent to you either normally a sms, e-mail or letter telling you that your delivery is on the way and when it is expected to be delivered to you. If the postman determines the item fits in the mailbox, it will be delivered directly to the recipient’s mailbox. Varubrev packages that are considered too bulky are delivered to the nearest pickup point and a notification with a four-digit number is sent either by SMS, email or letter. With the number, you can collect your package at the pickup point. If you have not received the notification, you can also retrieve the package using the shipment ID found in the shipping confirmation.

At the pickup point

To collect your shipment you need your identification and the number you find in the SMS or email notification. If you chose a letter notification, bring the letter along with your identification to the pickup point.

If for any reason you do not have the notification, you can get packages with the package ID/tracking number/serial number and your identification. The tracking details can be found in the shipping confirmation sent to your e-mail address.

Keep in mind that you will always be able to show identification when you pick up a parcel. Only the person with the name of the package can pick it up with the delegate.

The package remains at the Postal office for 14 days before it is returned to us. We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that arises in the case of uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of 150 SEK If a package is not collected. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first pick up the package and then return as described on our website.

Delivery delay

Delivery times may be extended as unforeseen delays may occur on the road.

We usually have the products we sell in stock. You can check the product page to see the stock status. If, however, it states that the product would be sent from us within 2 to 5 weekdays, it is instead in the supplier’s warehouse where we promptly order it and pass on to you within the allotted time. Should any product also be out of stock with our supplier, delivery delays will occur and then customer service will contact you by email or phone. We will gladly help you with suggestions for an equivalent product if available.
